The RetailLab does not use cookies.
We do not place cookies on the merchant's storefront or on our marketing website. We do not use cookie-based tracking, retargeting, or behavioral advertising of any kind.
What we use instead
Our storefront tracking script stores a randomly generated, anonymous visitor identifier in the visitor's browser localStorage. This is not a cookie. It is specific to the merchant's store and cannot be used to track visitors across websites.
- The visitor ID is anonymous and does not identify any individual
- It is used solely for inventory analytics within the authorizing merchant's store
- Visitors can clear it at any time by clearing their browser's site data
- It expires automatically when the browser's site data is cleared
Third-party cookies
We do not integrate with advertising networks, social media pixels, or analytics providers that use cookies. We do not share visitor data with any third party that uses cookies.
